New Show Home Interior Decor By Ineko Home

– Plot 2 Ampthill Gardens Flitwick Road, Ampthill Bedfordshire

A shift in style, something new for Ineko home; from rustic and reclaimed, to an new-build family home. The challenge was to take an empty, newly-constructed house and create a stylish home. Small injections of our classic Ineko Home touch proved to be very harmonious with our modern brief. Disproving the common belief that a periodic crossover can look messy or indecisive. For the lounge, we opted for soft, subtle tones, which compliment the natural lighting to give a spacious, and elegant room. The soft grey sofas from Made.com and the gorgeous reclaimed coffee table was from Masion Du Mode.

We had the fortunate advantage of lots of many large windows throughout the house, especially through the Kitchen/Dining area. Below is the main entertaining area of the home, the open plan allowed us to really experiment with colour, furniture, and ambience. The repetition of green foliage not only gave the space some life, but also created an opportunity for an interesting colour pallet. The green radiates against the natural tones of stone, brown and copper, giving the room a warm glow. All the lighting, artwork and accessories, including the white retro chairs, can be found on our website. Brown leather sofa, Made.com. Snuggle chair, Next. Floor rug, Masion Du Monde. Table, Roseland furniture.

Upstair we go to 4 large double rooms, a spacious landing with a family bathroom. Starting with the master bedroom (pictured below) displays a neutral palette of warm greys with highlights of lime green; an all-time go to colour for Ineko Home.

Bedroom 2 has a sea of greys textures giving a calm, and welcoming room. The linen sheets are from H&M and the tonal embroidery throw is from Zara Home. All beds photographed are from Warren Evans,  easy to assemble and superb quality.

We had a lot of fun designing the teenage room. The boy’s room exhibited many Ineko Home treasures; our reclaimed lockers, Metal Stacking crates, bespoke desk, artwork and statement letters. All our artwork is made to order and can be personalised with your own statement message. All that’s missing is that beloved games console (and possibly a few smelly socks).

Finally, the dreamy, teenage girls room; candy floss chunky knit textures, elegant artwork and pops of personality. A perfect haven for teenage girl giggles, late-night phone calls and dancing on the bed.

The chunky knit was found on Etsy called Saint Wools. The stunning illustrations on the wall here are from the talented  Leigh Viner available from I amFY -Check them out.

We are about to start moving onto our next project. If you’re looking for some help with your home or you’re in the industry and would like to feature our style in your new development please feel free to get in touch.

If there is any of the products you can’t find just ask we’d be happen to give any help or advise in sharing where these treasures were from.

Thanks to Connolly homes for choosing Ineko Home for this wonderful opportunity, may there be more.
