Our Ineko Home showroom is nestled into a corner section of Markham Reclaimed Architectural Antiques & Salvage yard in the pretty Bedfordshire village of Harlington. It’s near the newly opened Centre Parc’s Woburn, just off the M1, junction 12 or 13.
John Niven took over the wood yard about 10 years ago & he is the talented crafts person behind the humble reclaimed yard. He makes bespoke tables and bench sets or clients commissions for other one off pieces, like cabinets, mirrors & beds or cupboards & all sorts of creations. Along side these we source other reclaimed treasures from around the country to give a vast variety & choice in our product base.
Ineko Home joined Markham reclaimed in November last year. We tentatively offer a complementary yet differently angle on the look of Markham Reclaimed. Ineko Home look for the more industrial look, more on the edge, which totally, beautifully complement’s the style of Markham. We think it works together aiming to a variety of tastes. Everyone is different. We can’t please everyone but we aim to be original, quirky and definitely not main stream.
I think our customers have tired of the flat pack throw away cheap minimalistic look of the past decade and are yearning for character, personality and quality for their money. Who wouldn’t want a piece of furniture made especially for their home, their space, with their stamp on it. Consumers have a choice with Markham Reclaimed. You are special & can be apart of you interior choices.
